Andrea Tognetti is Executive Director, Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank and Director People and Culture. He started his professional career in UniCredit group in 2001 in the Planning and Control Unit at the Chief Financial Officer of UniCredit Services, and in the period 2005-2012 he held the position of Director.

After 10 years of experience in the field of finance, he continued his professional development in Human Resources Department at UniCredit Services, and since 2015 at UniCredit, holding various positions in areas related to planning, training and development of the human resources, as well as remuneration and benefits, having held the positions of Senior Business Partner in Human Resources and Human Resources Manager.

Andrea Tognetti's professional path is related to the development of expertise, working with people and building leadership skills, with a strong focus on finance, human resources and extensive experience gained in international projects and environments. His rich international experience is connected with several countries - Italy, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria, with longer periods of residence in Italy and Hungary.

From 2018 he was elected for Director of Human Resources Department in UniCredit Hungary, and since November 1, 2020 he holds the position Director of the Human Resources Department in UniCredit Bulbank AD.

Andrea Tognetti holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia. His postgraduate qualifications include successfully completed programs at Bocconi University, the International Institute for Management Development and Cornell University.
