Ivaylo Glavchovski has over 30 years of diverse experience in management positions in the financial sector and information and communication technology (ICT). His experience spans strategic management and leadership at senior levels - from helping to build dynamic start-up teams to organising the operations of large organisations. 

For the last 15 years he has been part of a strong team at UniCredit, which he joined in 2008 after seven years at Microsoft. As part of the executive management team at UniCredit, Ivaylo has a wide range of responsibilities covering information technology, operations, procurement, real estate and logistics, as well as organisational processes and structure.

 Ivaylo Glavchovski has extensive knowledge of advanced technologies and excellent skills in improvement management of information and communication technology processes, optimising operational efficiency and business effectiveness. His professional experience also includes the position of CEO of of UniCredit Consumer Financing for the last almost five years, as of February 2018.
