Milena started her banking career in 2003. After spending nine years in another Group, Milena joined the UniCredit Group in March 2012, as Head of Risk Management Department at UniCredit Leasing Serbia. After nine months, she was appointed as а member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing and Chief Risk Officer. In May 2015, she took over the position of Director of Corporate Special Credit Department at UniCredit Bank Serbia. In November 2019, Milena changed the division and became the Head of the Bank's Compliance Department, where she remained until September 2021, when she was appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Bank Serbia. Milena is a member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank Slovenia and is a Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Leasing Serbia.

Milena graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade in 2002, with Highest honors and holds a degree in Finance and Banking. She earned her M.A. at the prestigious program Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale, University of Torino and Belgrade Banking Academy.
