Daniela Bodirca has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. Through the years she has successfully managed diverse challenges related to various key managerial and strategic roles.

Her professional path in UniCredit Bank, Romania is in the Risk Management area, as it starting in 1998 with the role of Credit Risk Manager in HVB Bank Romania and continuing with different managerial roles among which this of a Deputy Head of Credit Risk Management Division. In 2008 Daniela Bodirca is appointed as Chief Risk Officer and Management Board Member of UniCredit Bank, Romania. The challenges of the role she managed until 2018.

As of the beginning of 2019 she is Chief Executive Officer and President of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing, Romania, part of UniCredit Bank, Romania.

She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Open University, United Kingdom.
