Silvia Viviano has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector with main focus – equity capital markets. Her career path starts in J.P. Morgan Chase where in a period of 17 years she developed from analyst “Equity Capital Markets” to Managing Director and Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets Execution.

Silvia joins  UniCredit team in the beginning of 2022 in the role of Managing Director “Alternative Equity Capital Markets”, where  for a year she was engaged with the development of the structure, including through structured equity solutions, private placements and SPAC solutions.

In April 2023 she accepted the challenges of Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets and until now she is engaged with the elaboration and supervision of the equity markets strategies on execution of projects, as well as with development, monitoring and coordination of local equity capital markets functions across the Group etc.

She has a Master’s degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering.

Speaks Italian, English and French.
