He is the new Chief Risk Officer of the Bank
Alexander Krustev joins the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank and becomes Chief Risk Officer of the Bank. Until now Mr. Krustev was head of Credit Risk Department. The appointment has been entered in the Commercial Register with the Registration Agency.
Alexander Krustev began his career in the Bank in 1998. Later he gained valuable professional experience in international environment in Milano and Bucharest and as participant in the Young Talents Program of UniCredit Group. After returning to Bulgaria he headed Credit Underwriting unit and actively supported the triple merger of UniCredit Group’s banks in Bulgaria by heading the Credit Risk Integration Project. As of 2007 he headed Credit Risk Department in UniCredit Bulbank.

Mr. Krustev took over the responsibilities of Monika Fuernsinn who was in change of risk in UniCredit Bulbank since January 2008 and completed her term in office in Bulgaria at the end of 2009.
Other members to the MB of UniCredit Bulbank are Andrea Casini, who is the Deputy MB Chairman and COO, Emilia Palibachiyska, CFO and Ljubomir Punchev, Head of Retail Banking Chief Division.
