At the regular Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of UniCredit Bulbank AD, held on 30th March 2023, a decision was made to distribute the profit for 2022 after taxation to the shareholders of the bank in the form of dividends for 2022.

UniCredit Bulbank AD allocates BGN 465,884,941.70 from the profit for 2022 for the payment of dividends in favour of its shareholders in proportion to the number of shares owned by them. The gross amount of the dividend is BGN 1.63 per ordinary share with a nominal value of BGN 1.

For individual shareholders, the payment is made at a cash desk in a branch upon presentation of an identity card.

In case of a deceased shareholder, the legal heirs should appear together and present a copy of an extract from the death certificate and a certificate of heirs, and if there is a proxy, the original of the express notarized power of attorney and the ID card of the authorized person are also required. If persons other than the spouse and descendants inherit, a certificate from the respective municipality that the inheritance tax has been paid or a certificate that this type of tax is not due in the particular case is also required to be presented.

In case of inheritance from a will, additional documents are required. For shareholders of legal entities, the payment is made by bank transfer upon submission of a request in free text by the legal representative of the company, which should explicitly indicate to which bank account of the legal entity the specified amount should be transferred.

In case the account is in a bank other than UniCredit Bulbank AD, a certificate from the respective bank containing information about the account holder is also required. If the shareholder is not registered in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities, it is necessary to submit additional documents for the identification of the legal entity and its legal representative - a certificate of registration under BULSTAT, a court certificate of current legal status and/or other documents issued by a competent authority.
