Around 100 thousand deposits will be made by customers at the BNAs of UniCredit Bulbank by the end of this year, go the forecasts of the experts of the bank. The cutting-edge ATMs which further to withdrawals allow customers to make deposits, called BNAs, enjoy a growing popularity among customers, which has led to an increase of their number in the АТМ network of UniCredit Bulbank. The new generation devices are available 24/7 for repayment of credit card debt or cash deposits on over 40 types of account to which a debit card is attached.

According to statistics of the bank, the installment of the ATMs with a deposit function (BNAs) started back in 2011 with two such devices, then in 2012 their number reached 17, and at the end of Q1 this year it is already 27. Not only has the number of modern ATMs increased, but there has also been a surge in their use with the years. For comparison, in 2012 there were made 3,264 deposits, and in 2013 – 51,537 deposits, which is an increase of 16 times on an annual basis.

UniCredit Bulbank data shows that men are much more active in using BNAs. As at the end of March this year, the total number of deposits made by men is over 30 thousand, whereas women lag behind with a total of nearly 19 thousand deposit operations. The average amount per deposit with women is BGN 215, whereas with men it is BGN 200.

The average age of the customers who use the BNAs is similar for both men and women – between 36 and 38 years old.

Some of the most innovative of the star signs have turned out to be Pisces and Scorpio – the representatives of these signs are among the most active users of the deposit functions of UniCredit Bulbank’s BNAs, according to statistics of the bank.
