The bank was the first to launch the Cash M service thanks to which clients can send money to their relatives, friends or acquaintances by card at an ATM

UniCredit Bulbank received the Most Innovative bank product for 2013 award for the launch of the Cash M service. The award was given to Yulian Vlahov, Head of Alternative Channels Department with UniCredit Bulbank at the Card Payments Forum, organized by b2b Magazine.

“UniCredit Bulbank was the first to launch the Cash M service thanks to which more than 1 million cardholders can send money to their relatives, friends or acquaintances by card at an ATM”, said Yulian Vlahov. The transfer itself takes only a few seconds and can be received at any ATM of UniCredit Bulbank by card irrespective of the type of the card and the issuing bank.

Cash M is an alternative to any local quick transfers in BGN and postal money orders. The maximum amount that can be sent is BGN 400 and shall be multiple of BGN 10. Higher amounts require more than one transfer. Clients can benefit from the innovative service at any ATM of UniCredit Bulbank whose number has reached almost 700.

The service is convenient to use not only if you need to send money urgently but also if you make regular payments such as allowances for students or members of the family.

There is an increased use of the service at weekends or the summer season when most people are away from their home since it is highly convenient to send and receive money from any ATM of the Bank at any time. In this way clients do not have to hurry up before the post office, courier or any other company making quick transfers closes.
