They were elected at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of UniCredit Bulbank and will replace Mauro Maschio and Simone Marcucci.

Csilla Ihasz, Head of CEE Retail at UniCredit, and Silvano Silvestri, Head of CEE Strategy, Planning and Controlling at UniCredit, were elected members of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders.

The change is related to the fact that they have taken up the CEE leading roles of the outgoing Supervisory Board members Mauro Maschio and Simone Marcucci, who were recently appointed to other high positions at UniCredit – respectively Chief Operating Officer of Ukrsotsbank and Head of Strategy, Planning and Controlling for the Corporate and Investment Banking at UniCredit.

The changes are to be entered in the Commercial Register.

Csilla Ihasz joined UniCredit in 2007. As Head of Marketing and Segments at the CEE Retail Division, she was in charge of setting up the service model and of several strategic projects across multiple geographies. In 2009, Csilla became the Senior Executive Assistant to the Head of the CEE Division. In 2010, she became a member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Hungary responsible for Retail. In September 2014, she was appointed Head of Commercial Development at UniCredit Bank Austria, and later she became Head of CEE Retail Division.

Silvano Silvestri took up the position of Head of Strategy, Planning and Controlling for CEE Division in UniCredit in 2015. He started his career in the Group in 2001 and has since held various management positions in risk management, planning, finances, etc. In 2013, he became Head of Strategy, Planning and Controlling at Yapi Kredi.
