• Current Deputy CEO of UniCredit Bulbank will lead the largest bank in Croatia

​​​Current Deputy CEO and Deputy Chairman of the MB of UniCredit Bulbank Dalibor Ćubela will continue his career in UniCredit as CEO of Zagrebačka banka.  Zagrebačka banka is the market leader in Croatia and number 1 bank in terms of assets. The appointment is subject to approval by the competent supervisory authority.

Dalibor will replace Ivan Vlaho, who is becoming CEO of Bank Austria, subject to respective regulatory approvals. Ivan Vlaho, who was most recently CEO of UniCredit Zagrebacka Banka, will assume this position in addition to his role as Deputy Head of the CEE region where he will have day to day oversight on Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina.

Dalibor  CV:

Dalibor has more than 22 years of experience in the banking sector. He started his professional career managing different positions from marketing, corporate product development and commercial planning to corporate sales network. From 2009 to 2013 he served as the Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer at UniCredit Bank Mostar. In 2013 he was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board at UniCredit Bank Banja Luka until 2016 when he took over the function of Chairman of the Management Board at UniCredit Bank Mostar. In the beginning of 2020, he joined Zagrebačka banka taking up the role of General Manager and Vice-Chairman of the Management Board and from that position he is now joining the team of UniCredit Bulbank.
