UniCredit was ranked at top position for CEE in this year’s annual global survey of the development of private banking and wealth management services conducted by the international magazine Euromoney. The Group won the award for Best Private Banking Services Overall for CEE in 2016.

Customer service supported by the proper technological solutions and asset management are the two biggest priorities of top managers in the field of private banking. These are the two areas in which banks will be investing the most, according to the Euromoney survey. Around 41% of the participating financial institutions point to regulatory changes as one of the most serious challenges in 2016. Besides, the analysis shows a clear trend of an increasing competition in the asset management sector.

The Euromoney Private Banking Survey gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from 600 institutions across 90 countries, in 15 different product categories related to private banking. For the first time there are also two new categories, in the field of innovations.
