In its annual financial institutions ranking - Europe Banking Awards 2010, financial edition emeafinance proclaimed UniCredit Bulbank the best bank in Bulgaria, the edition’s editor–in-chief Christopher Moore said.

The award will be announced in the new issue of EMEA Finance that will be presented to the participants in the Annual meeting of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Astana, Kazakhstan. UniCredit Bulbank receives the prise for best bank of emeafinance for a third year in a row.

UniCredit Bulbank was number one on the banking market in 2010 by assets (BGN 11.2 billion), shared capital (BGN 1.78 billion), disbursed loans (BGN 7.47 billion) and attracted deposits in 2010 (BGN 6.54 billion). The Bank has more than 230 branches in Bulgaria and around 4,000 employees and services over 1.2 mio individual and corporate clients.
