For four years in a row the leading international magazine Euromoney announced UniCredit Bulbank for the Best Bank in Bulgaria. The award ceremony for announcing the bank winners for the different countries was held in London and the awards’ presenting is traditionally envisaged for the Annual Conference of Euromoney, which this year will take place in October in Belgrad.

UniCredit Bulbank gets the Euromoney award for the Best Bank in the country every year since its establishment through the merger of the three banks with UniCredit Group in 2007. „Receiving the award “The best bank” for fourth year in a row is the proof for the sustainable development of the bank over the years, said Levon Hampartzoumian, the Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Bulbank.

UniCredit Bulbank closed 2009 as the indisputable leader in terms of assets (BGN 11.5 billion), attracted deposits (BGN 6.42 billion), provided loans and advances to customers (BGN 7.37 billion) and equity (BGN 1.63 billion). Recently the Bank was announced The Best Bank in Bulgaria by the international magazine Global Finance, as well. In 2010 UniCredit Bulbank was honoured also by the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum for its corporate social responsibility.
