For the first time in Bulgaria: UniCredit Bulbank offers mortgage loans with pension contributions paid by the Bank

News

In addition, two years after the utilization of the loan clients will be able to take advantage of a consumer loan at a lower interest

For the first time in Bulgaria the purchase of residential property will save money for pension. This is possible thanks to “Something More” - the new mortgage programme launched by UniCredit Bulbank. The Bank will refund clients their twelfth monthly installment on the mortgage depositing it into a pension fund. However, Borrowers will decide themselves whether to make contributions and, if yes, how much they will credit into the fund set up by UniCredit Bulbank, or they will keep only the funds provided by the Bank.

In addition, two years after signing the loan contract UniCredit Bulbank’s clients will be able to benefit from a consumer loan amounting up to BGN 10,000 at a lower interest rate. The intention behind it is that clients should be able to meet any immediate needs such as renovation to the house, education of their children, etc. at the lowest possible price.

“Our new programme “Something More” has been designed with prospects for the future because what clients are looking for is not only an advantageous offer but also an actual added value and long-term partnership”, said Ekaterina Kirilova, Head of Marketing and Segments Department of UniCredit Bulbank.

Clients can choose between two mortgage loan variants, i.e. with a 6.95% interest rate for the whole loan period or a 5.50% interest rate during the first year and a 7.20% interest rate for the rest of the period. The use of other additional products and services provided by UniCredit Bulbank will further decrease the mortgage loan interest

“Something More” mortgage programme has no fees for document review and no fee for early repayment using own funds. Clients who have been granted a mortgage loan by UniCredit Bulbank can also benefit from all new offers.
