UniCredit Bulbank attracts Bulgarian students from Frankfurt universities to come back and work in Bulgaria. The largest Bulgarian bank is one of the biggest participants (similar to above) in the career forum for Bulgarian students and young professionals abroad – BG Careers Fair. The initiative will be held in the German city on April 18. Representatives of Human Resources Department of UniCredit Bulbank will present to the students the career prospects in Bulgaria and will tell them more about the working environment here..

Germany is one of the most preferred destinations for continuing education within Bulgarian young people. According to the Federal Statistical Office of Germany there are more than 8 000 Bulgarian students and more than 21 000 working Bulgarians in Germany at the moment. More than 200 students from Bulgaria have shown interest in the careers forum. Some of the most preferred specialties among them are Economics and IT and engineering.

A lot of the bank’s innovative projects are directly related to technological advancement. UniCredit Bulbank follows a consistent policy of developing and implementing innovations to the benefit of its customers. An example of a successful project is the opening at the end of 2014 of the first International Center in Bulgaria.
