UniCredit Studio modern art gallery presents the exhibition Coffee: the Italian Way

More than 30 photographs present Italy in a different, more romantic way.

UniCredit Studio gallery opened the exhibition called Coffee: the Italian Way by the photographers Elena Maslarova - Leni and Ivan Maslarov - Jumbo.

More than 30 photographs show the colourful and romantic moments captured by the lenses of the young artists during their memorable journey through the heart of Italy. The journey began with a wedding proposal by Ivan in the clock tower at Piazza San Marco in Venice.

"The aim of the exhibition is to show not the well-known face of the country but the spirit of Italy hidden in small details, far away from the central routes bustling with tourists, an Italy so varied within itself like the various types of coffee it is famous for", said Ivan Maslarov at the opening of the exhibition. The picture representing the exhibition (attached to the text) was taken only 15 minutes after the marriage proposal. So with a cup of coffee in your hand you can enjoy the exhibition and immerse yourself in a tale of true love.

UniCredit Studio modern art gallery was opened in January 2012. Up until now it has hosted 5 exhibitions and more than 20 Bulgarian and foreign authors.

Bulgaria was chosen among 20 other European countries to be the host of the first UniCredit Studio after the creation of the gallery in Italy. The mission of the studio is to present young Bulgarian and international artists and to provide a platform for contemporary art.

The exhibition Coffee: the Italian way is opened to the general public from 6 March to 19 March 2013, free entrance.
