UniCredit Bulbank will distribute BGN 430,039,011.07 of its 2018 profit after taxation to pay dividends to shareholders.
The decision for dividend distribution was taken at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of UniCredit Bulbank, held on April 9th, 2019.
The payment of dividends to the shareholders will be proportional to the shares owned by them (BGN 1.504807950 per share). It will be made within the 3-month statutory period following the date of the meeting. Shareholders will have access to further information about the date, place and conditions for dividend payment on the web page of the Bank.
In addition to the dividends distribution, the 2018 Annual Report of the Bank was presented to the General Meeting of the Shareholders of UniCredit Bulbank.
