UniCredit Bulbank will distribute BGN 297,652,534 of its 2017 profit after taxation to pay dividends to shareholders. The decision was taken at the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders held on 11 April 2018.

The payment of dividends will be proportional to the shares owned by shareholders – BGN 1.041556436 per share and will be made within the 3-month statutory period from the date of the meeting. Shareholders will receive further information about the date, place and conditions for dividend payment on the web page of the Bank.
