After successful mandate as current CEO of UniCredit Consumer Financing in Bulgaria Massimo Francese will continue his professional career as CFO of Yapi Kredi in Turkey.
Starting as of March 1st 2016, Giacomo Volpi, currently working as CFO of Ukrsotsbank, will succeed Massimo Francese in his function as CEO of UniCredit Consumer Financing in Bulgaria. After a successful mandade in his current position, Massimo Francese will continue his professional career as CFO of Yapi Kredi. Marco Iannaccone – currently working as Chief Financial Officer at Yapi Kredi – will take over the position as General Manager/Deputy Chief Executive Officer at UniCredit Bank in Hungary.

In a message earlier today to the CEE audience the Head of UniCredit for CEE Carlo Vivaldi warmly thanked Giacomo Volpi, Massimo Francese and Marco Iannacone. „I am glad to notice how - once again - CEE Division has been able to increase the value of its human capital through managers’ rotation across Group Legal Entities within the Division and from supporting functions to business and vice versa”, added Vivaldi.
Giacomo Volpi joined the Group 12 years ago - after the consulting experience at The Boston Consulting Group - at Strategy, Planning and Control Department of the CEE Division. In 2008 he was appointed as Head of Strategy, Planning & Control in UniCredit Bank Ukraine, and then, starting from 2010, as CFO at Ukrsotsbank in Ukraine. In this latter position Giacomo coordinated the following bank activities: Accounting and Tax, Strategy, Planning and Control, Capital Management and Asset & Liability Management.
Massimo Francese - current Chief Executive Officer at UniCredit Consumer Financing in Bulgaria – will replace Iannaccone as Chief Financial Officer at Yapi Kredi. Massimo has matured his professional experience within the Group starting from 1991 as Customer relationship manager, followed by the experience at Organization and Audit Department, and then at Group Planning. From 2005 Massimo was Head of Group Planning until 2007 when he was appointed as CFO at UniCredit Family Financing Bank, Italy. After 2-year experience as Head of Consumer Finance Value Management at Planning and Control for UniCredit Group (2010 -2012), Massimo moved to Bulgaria as CEO at UniCredit Consumer Financing.
