Before joining the bank in Bulgaria she was responsible for the work of all business partners at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Hana Citbajova is the new Head of HR at UniCredit Bulbank. She has vast professional experience in the field of HR management, supported by solid business knowledge and skills in building effective partnerships with the business leaders. Hana Citbajova takes on the position from Emanuele Recchia who continues his development at UniCredit as Head of Industrial Relations, Labour Policies and HR Services.

The experience of Hana Citbajova on key positions in HR units of the banks in different countries include: cost management, business development, crisis management, mergers and acquisitions.

In her 12-year experience she has managed various essential processes, including: selection and assessment, TMR and EDP, performance management, compensations and benefits.

Hana's career at UniCredit started in March 2003 as a trainings and development associate with the bank in Slovakia. Then she held various positions including Retail Banking HR Business Partner. Before joining UniCredit Bulbank she was responsible for the work of all business partners at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Hana has an MA in Financial Management and is fluent in English and Italian.
