How to protect yourself from fraudsters?

News

Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that with the holidays approaching, people engaged in criminal activity are particularly active and the number of phone and other types of frauds is rising.
In relation to this, please, be very vigilant and cautious during each contact established with you by unfamiliar persons and related to urgent withdrawal and transfer of funds on your part. In such cases we recommend that you do not proceed with fulfillment of the provided instructions/orders under any circumstances. You should immediately inform the law enforcement authorities by calling 112.
There is also an increased risk of phishing attacks related to sending messages requesting entering of banking and personal information under the pretext of updating customer data, including: account number (IBAN), bank card, user names and passwords for online or mobile banking.
Messages could be sent to you via various channels (e-mail, social media or chat platforms). Please, be aware that UniCredit Bulbank AD does not send these messages.
In case you receive such a message, we advise you not to proceed with the actions described in it, not to follow the provided links, nor reply to the sender.
In case you have any suspicions about a fraud, loss or theft of a card, please, contact the Call Center in due time at 0700 1 84 84 (short number 1 84 84) or via e-mail: DbmmDfousfAVojDsfejuHspvq/ch/
Further recommendations and advice about fraud prevention are available on the website of the bank.
