There is also an increased risk of phishing attacks related to messages requesting entering of banking and personal information under the pretext of updating customer data or participation in lottery games, including: Personal ID, account number (IBAN), bank card, PIN code, user names and passwords for online or mobile banking.
Messages could be sent to you via various channels (e-mail, SMS, chat platforms, social media etc.). Please, be aware that UniCredit Bulbank AD does not send these messages.
In case you receive such a message, we advise you not to proceed with the actions described in it, not to follow the provided links, nor reply to the sender.
