We would like to inform you that there is an increased risk of phishing attacks related to messages requesting entering of banking and personal information under the pretext of not delivered purchase/order: bank card, PIN code, delivery address, one time password, account number (IBAN), user names and passwords for online or mobile banking, Personal ID.
Messages could be sent to you via various channels (e-mail, SMS, chat platforms, etc.). Please, be aware that UniCredit Bulbank AD does not send these messages.
In case you receive such a message, we advise you not to proceed with the actions described in it, not to follow the provided links, nor reply to the sender.
In case you have any suspicions about a fraud, loss or theft of a card, please, contact the Call Center in due time at 0700 1 84 84 or via e-mail: CallCentre @ UniCreditGroup.bg.
