The messages request to follow a link and enter personal and banking information as: delivery address, bank card number, PIN code, one time password, account number (IBAN), user names and passwords for online or mobile banking, Personal ID.
Messages could be sent to you via various channels (e-mail, SMS, chat platforms, etc.). Please, be aware that UniCredit Bulbank AD does not send these messages.
In case you receive such a message, we advise you not to proceed with the actions described in it, not to follow the provided links, nor reply to the sender.
