The health and well-being of employees and customers is UniCredit Bulbank’s top priority.

UniCredit Bulbank regrets to communicate that an employee based in Lyulin 7 branch has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

We are in ongoing contact with the colleague to ensure all the support possible is provided and we wish a speedy recovery.

In line with the instructions of the health authorities, we have already temporarily closed the Lyulin 7 branch and deep-cleaned and disinfected the entire premises.

If you need to visit a branch, you can use our closest Branch in Lyulin 8 – Sofia Technopolis Lyulin (Sofia, 70, Tsaritsa Joanna bul.)

We have also contacted all employees who may have been in close and recent contact with the individual, advising them to self-quarantine for 14 days and to follow the instructions of the health authorities. All the employees who worked with the infected colleague will be additionally tested.

Identified clients who have recently visited the branch will be contacted individually.

• UniCredit Bulbank encourages all employees to rely on agreed alternative work solutions, such as remote working from home.
• The Bank works actively to ensure a wide range of its banking services in a simple, fast and secure way without having to visit a branch via digital channels.
• In branches customers are kindly invited to follow the recommendation of 2 meters distance from each other and staff and are obliged to wear protective masks.
