An armed robbery has been committed by a number of persons on January 5th 2016 at a branch office of the bank in the “Lyulin” district. No clients or colleagues have been injured. A professional team from the bank is on the spot, investigating the offence together with the police.

Clients can rest assured that they will not suffer a financial loss. The stolen amount is about 170000 BGN. The safety of clients and colleagues is the most important priority of the bank.

Currently the branch office is working and servicing clients as usual.
