Three talented photographers presented the exhibition “The Walls Are Talking”

The gallery for contemporary art UniCredit Studio presented the innovative photography exhibition “The Walls Are Talking” by Stefana Petrova, Plamena Maksimova and Vanyo Dimitrov, who presented to us the messages of the big city.

“The Walls Are Talking” happened as if just for fun, because these are pictures captured spontaneously. This is our first exhibition and we are very happy that we can show you the colors of Sofia as seen through our eyes. We first see the colorful and then the grey. We show you the perspective of “thing-finders” who love getting lost in the streets of the city. We make no pretence to being photographers, we are just people who are able to hear the city”, said Plamena Petrova, one of the co-authors of the exhibition.

The beginning of the art cocktail party on the occasion of the opening of “The Walls Are Talking” was given by the General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank Andrea Casini.

He didn’t hide his admiration for the works of Stefana, Plamena and Vanyo and wished them to continue capturing everything beautiful with their cameras.

The authors of “The Walls Are Talking” received special congratulations from Yuri Treyman, Vice President of the Academy of Photography. He congratulated the young artists on their bravery to hear the city and pass on its messages to us.

“The Walls Are Talking” is a selection of different messages, which the young people send to us through street art.

Each concept is expressed in a frame of a picture (symbolizing society), which has a special message for us.
