We want to warn you of an increased risk of phishing/smishing attacks involving prompt messages requiring direct entry of banking and personal information under the pretext of updating client data in connection with the renewal of expiring access to electronic banking, including: account number (IBAN), bank card, user names and passwords for online or mobile banking.
The messages could reach you through various channels (SMS , e-mail, social media or chat platforms). Please be aware that such messages are not sent by UniCredit Bulbank AD.
Upon receiving such a message, we advise you not to take the actions described in it, not to follow the links included in it, and not to respond to the sender.
