Bulbank and UniCredit Clarima Banca signed a Joint Venture agreement to establish Clarima Bulgaria, financial institution specialised in consumer lending products. The company will offer clients an outstanding customer experience at a competitive price and provide retailers with a state of the art consumer lending platform to help sell goods through instalments.

First steps of the new company will be signing agreements with leading retail stores, to give customers the best possible solution to all their consumer credit needs through point of sale finance. Applying for a Clarima loan will be simple, Clarima will require the customers to have an identity card only and quick compared to the current offers on the market.

Clarima Bulgaria will lead the way of the consumer lending model of the future merged bank (Bulbank, HVB Biochim and Hebros) and it will also be the prototype for further expansion within Central and Eastern Europe countries where UniCredit operates.
