UniCredit Bulbank adheres to a comprehensive strategy for support of young people and promotion of education, entrepreneurship and art.
The Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Bulbank, Levon Hampartzoumian, received the honorary statuette Donor of the Year from Encho Keryazov Foundation. He was handed the award at an official ceremony late last night in Yabmol by the producer Magardich Halvadzhiyan. The distinction is given as a sign of gratitude for the support of the annual awards of Encho Keryazov Foundation about gifted children from Yambol District.
"The investment in the development of youths is among our highest priorities. We strive to create a better environment for them and opportunities for realization. I would like to tell the children that the most important thing about success is the personal motivation and the ambition to transcend themselves", Levon Hampartzoumian commented at the official ceremony in Yambol.
2015 marks four years since the beginning of the project of Encho Keryazov Foundation, which presents and distinguishes talented children from Yambol in the categories "education", "art" and "sport". The guests of the event were surprised by an amazing performance with the participation of world famous names of the circus arena. Among them were the holder of two Guinness records Alexander Koblikov, the winners of the Silver Clown award Leosvel and Diosmani Duo, and others.
UniCredit Bulbank adheres to a comprehensive strategy for support of young people and promotion of initiative in education and art. The bank works actively with Teach for Bulgaria Foundation for the purpose of providing every child with access to quality education, supports and participates in the initiative Manager for a Day. UniCredit Bulbank works also on the programme for students called My Bank of the Future. It is realized jointly with the online platform www.kosher.bg.
Further to the opportunity to work on projects, each year UniCredit Bulbank gives a chance to more than 400 students to start an internship with the bank. Nearly 25-30% of them remain to work at the biggest bank in our country.
The bank supports also the project Get Ready 2 Work!. Its purpose is the integration and active employment of disadvantaged young people on the labor market by applying successful training models and labor market inclusion programmes from Austria and Germany.
In the field of art, the bank stands out with its gallery for modern art UniCredit Studio, which gives an opportunity to young authors to present their works at their own exhibitions and in their own professional catalogues.
