Levon Hampartsoumian gave up his seat to two young “Managers for a Day”

• Jeni Hristova from the Sofia University and Dimitar Uzunov from the University for National and World Economy got valuable advice on how to manage the largest bank in Bulgaria

Two of the participants in the Manager for a Day initiative – Jeni Hristova and Dimitar Uzunov – sat in the chair of the Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Bulbank, Mr. Levon Hampartsoumian. The two students were given useful personal advice by the top manager on how to manage the largest bank in the country.

Jeni is in her first year of studies in Business Management at the Sofia University. Dimitar is a third-year student in Finance at the University for National and World Economy.

Apart from Mr. Hampartsoumian, the two young economists also met the Chief Operative Officer of the bank, Mr. Andrea Casini. The two young managers were introduced to the work of the Retail Banking Division. The director of the Sveta Nedelya branch Mr. Martin Petkov explained to them how the biggest branch of the bank functions.

Among the hosts of Jeni and Dimitar during their day at UniCredit Bulbank there were also the Service and Customer Satisfaction Department, Human Resources Department and Business Communications Department.

The Manager for a Day initiative gives an opportunity to students throughout the country to experience a real working day of representatives of business circles, state institutions and NGOs. For the sixth time now MANAGER FOR A DAY is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria as this year active partners of the initiative will be the Ministry of Economy and Energy, the Embassy of the United States in Bulgaria, the British Embassy, UN and UNDP, the companies and members of BIBA, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum, etc.
