Dear clients,

Because of technical reasons outside the territory of Bulgaria, on 6th and 7th December some of the incoming and outgoing transfers in foreign currency, as well as the transfers through the payment system RINGS above BGN 100,000  were delayed. The payments were processed, but with a delay. By 18:30 on 7th December the technical issues were resolved.

All other payments up to BGN 100 000 through the payment system BISERA were processed with no delay. Those account for about 95% of all payments on average per day. Transfers through POS terminals and ATMs were not affected at all times and were processed as usual.
