The Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank approved the appointment of Milena Vukotić as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank. The BNB/ECB has approved the position and it has been entered in the commercial register on the bank's account.

Milena Vukotić has extensive experience in risk management and finance. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade in 2002 with the highest honours and holds a degree in Finance and Banking, after which she obtained a Master's degree at the prestigious Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale, University of Turin and Belgrade Banking Academy.

Her professional career in the banking sector started in 2003, and in 2012, she joined UniCredit Group as Head of Risk Management at UniCredit Leasing Serbia. After nine months, she was appointed as a member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing and Chief Risk Officer. In May 2015, she assumed the position of Director of Corporate Special Credit Department at UniCredit Bank Serbia. In November 2019, Milena became Head of the Bank's Compliance and AML Department, managing the team until September 2021, after which she assumed the role of Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Bank Serbia.

Milena is a member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank Slovenia and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Leasing Serbia and since recently she is a member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Leasing Bulgaria.
