UniCredit Bulbank AD informs its borrowers – individuals, as follows:

With decision of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank АD (former name Bulbank AD) and in accordance with the provisions of the loan agreements and the conditions for the loans applied in the loan agreements, as of 02.04.2009:

The interest rate applied for the above loans is increased with 1 (one) percentage point / 1.5 (one point five) percentage points.

The change with 1 (one) percentage point covers all loans in BGN and in EUR, provided by UniCredit Bulbank AD.

The change of 1.5 (one point five) percentage points covers all loans in BGN and in EUR, provided by HVB Bank Biochim AD and Hebros Commercial Bank AD, terminated without liquidation due to merger into UniCredit Bulbank AD.

We kindly ask the borrower to provide sufficient funds on their current account in order to ensure the payments under the loan and avoid overdues, those who repay their loan with cash transfers by the employer must inform the employer about the new amount of the monthly installment for the loan.

As regards the loans provided by HVB Bank Biochim AD and Hebros Commercial Bank AD terminated without liquidation due to merger into UniCredit Bulbank AD and repaid in equal monthly installments, the amount of the installment is recalculated as per the General Budiness Conditions once per year in January.
