In order to provide additional protection, the following changes in the provision of statements to UniCredit Bulbank customers come into force:
- Introduction of a simplified and more modern view of statements for all clients (individuals and legal entities) - a new organization of fields and graphical presentation of data in accordance with the trends in this field without adding or removing key information in the statements;
- Locking statements of individuals sent by e-mail - the statements of individuals will be locked with a customer password (for other channels for delivery of statements, the process remains unchanged). The aim is to reduce the risk of misuse of personal data of individual customers.
