• The Bank offers preferential terms for issue and use of credit and debit cards until the end of March

Every client of UniCredit Bulbank who makes five payments with a MasterCard debit or credit card in the following three months has the chance to watch live the final match of UEFA Champions League in London in May. The trip to the British capital including a visit to the final of the strongest European club tournament is the big prize in the casting of lots organized by UniCredit Bulbank.

The participation in the casting of lots will be done automatically, and every five payments made by 31 March 2011, give one right to participation of the cardholder. „We wanted to propose to the clients casting of lots that is as easy and convenient as payment with a card – no forms have to be filled in or registration made, every client joins in automatically as soon as he/she makes 5 payments regardless of the sum”, UCB’s Cards Director Slavka Valkova explained. The Bank collects absolutely no fees from the clients when they pay on the internet and in commercial outlets in the country and abroad.

The holders of MasterCard/Maestro cards, who have made at least five transactions until the end of January, participate in the first casting of lots. It will take place in the presence of a notary public on 10 February 2011. One cardholder will win a trip to London with a visit to the UEFA Champions Legue final. UniCredit Bulbank will also distribute 5 VIP tickets for the Champions League quarter-finals that will be played on April 5-6 and April 12-13, 2011, with all accommodation and travel expenses covered by the Bank.

In the second casting of lots that will take place in the presence of a notary public on 8 April 2011, holders of MasterCard and Maestro cards who have made at least five transactions between February-March 2011, will participate. Again one of them will win the big prizen - a trip to London with a visit to the UEFA Champions Legue final, and five other lucky card holders will win 5 VIP tickets for the Champions League semi-finals that will be played on April 26-27 and May 3-4 with all accommodation and travel expenses covered by the Bank.

In each casting of lots 100 additional objects will be awarded.

All clients of the Bank who do not have a MasterCard card yet can ask to have a credit card issued for them at preferential terms until the end of March.

All MasterCard Standard credit cards, issued during that period will be free of annual fee for 2011 and will have lower than the standard interest. The credit cards in BGN will be with 0% monthly interest rate in January for all POS transactions for purchase of a good or service in a commercial outlet or Internet in Bulgaria and abroad.

To be at Wembley is the dream of every football fan. Besides this year’s final which will be played on 28 May 2011, the legendary stadium has hosted five finals of UEFA Champions League until now – in 1963, 1968, 1971, 1978 and 1992, but these matches were played on the old Wembley.
