Do not provide your personal data and bank card information (card number, expiration date, etc.), or the accompanying one-time password or activation key for a particular service.  Do not provide and do not send your bank cards to third parties.

Be particularly careful when asked to deposit specific amounts of money as a fee, commission or for other reasons to accounts of individuals with bank institutions in relation to applying for financing.

Please, be aware that UniCredit Bulbank never requires the sending of copies of identification documents or other personal information necessary for a loan approval via channels such as Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp or other similar applications.

In case you receive such a message, do not provide your personal data. It was not sent by the bank!
