UniCredit Bulbank’s International Center won the special award for Innovative Business Space in the House of the Year Competition of Ideal Home Magazine. The award was received in person by the bank’s CEO Levon Hampartzoumian from Dimitar Dimitrov, attorney and partner in 24 Hours Daily, at an official ceremony in the Square 500 National Gallery.

It is a top project combining modern environment and cutting-edge technologies, whose purpose is to provide the banks international clients with services of a new generation”, said the bank’s CEO, Levon Hampartzoumian.

UniCredit Bulbank’s International Center provides services with high added value for existing and future international clients of the bank. The space is designed so as to allow for interaction between companies themselves and for organizing of client-focus business events.

UniCredit Bulbank’s innovative building is on 8 Aksakov Str. The pilot project for Bulgaria opened doors on 31 October 2014. Its function is providing advisory related to tailored servicing, EU funding, project finance, etc. The bank provides advisory also for start-ups and interaction with Bulgarian authorities. Since the beginning of 2015 it has accommodated over 20 themed events, press conferences, hundreds of meetings with clients and partners of the bank.

UniCredit Bulbank is a market leader in innovations development and implementation contributing positively to clients and local communities. Further to the International Center, another acclaimed project of the bank in the field of new technologies is the opening of the first in CEE Branch of the Future.

House of the Year is a competition of Ideal Home Magazine which already takes place for the 19th time. It recognizes the most successful projects of Bulgarian architects and designers in two categories – residential and public buildings.
