The new edition of the programme Call for Europe - Support for Childhood of UniCredit Foundation and UniCredit Bulbank is now open for project proposals supporting the children of Bulgaria. This year, a pool of EUR 40,000 will be distributed among three projects. The programme is focused on “Youth and Education”.

Non-governmental organizations must send their applications before 31 January 2022 to the following e-mail address dbmmgpsfvspqfAvojdsfejuhspvq/ch.

An expert jury will shortlist five Bulgarian projects and send them to UniCredit Foundation for final approval of three of them which will receive financing. The Bulgarian jury comprises experts from the civil and corporate sectors: Krasimira Velichkova, Executive Director, Bulgarian Donors Forum, Maria Brestnichka, Network Coordinator, National Network for Children, Anna Adamova, Programme Director, Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law, Ekaterina Ancheva, Head of Identity and Communications Department, UniCredit Bulbank, and Dilyana Stoyanova, Senior Manager of Corporate Giving and Events, UniCredit Bulbank.  Chair of the jury is Ms Tsvetanka Mintcheva, Chief Executive Officer, UniCredit Bulbank.

In the first two years of the programme a total of over 150 projects were submitted.  UniCredit Foundation invested BGN 150,000 and supported 11 organizations working with children: Growing Up Is Mission Number 1 of Agapedia Foundation; Selective School Programme for Prevention of Maladaptive Behaviour of Center for Humane Policy; Friends of Children of First of June Association; My Finance School of Gift a Book Foundation; Love Guide Mobile App of Learn Foundation; When Parents Separate: The Best Ways to Support the Child of Parents Association; Little Stories for Big People of Summer SMART Academy 2020; Like in a Fairytale of Gender Alternatives Foundation; It's Fun, It's Simple of Friends of the Sea Marine Club, Climbing Skills for New Achievements of Concordia Bulgaria Foundation, I Can Do It Myself of Child and Space Association.
