As chairman of the Management Board and CEO of UniCredit BulBank Teodora Petkova replaced Levon Hampartzoumian who has decided to step down from his position at the end of April following the successful completion of his mandate.

Ms. Petkova and Mr. Hampartzoumian will ensure a smooth transition over the coming weeks. Following the transition Mr. Hampartzoumian will voluntary step down for a cool-off period.
