Thanks to the new Import/Export Business Leader package program, developed by UniCredit Bulbank nearly 3,000 Bulgarian companies will receive support when they enter international markets. Such is the number of the export-oriented companies which are clients of the Bank. The new product of the Bank was presented by Ekaterina Panayotiva, Head of Marketing and Segments Division in UniCredit Bulbank, at the conference entitled “SME: Development through innovation and internationalization“.

If they want and need, the companies can receive not only support for penetration on foreign markets but also a facilitated access to an international bank account, reduction of the administrative costs, as well as access to information regarding potential international counterparts. Import/Export Business Leader Package Program aims to provide small and medium-sized companies a simplified international bank service.

“We created Import/Export Business leader package program due to our goal to provide high-quality service to our customers“, said Ekaterina Panayotova. She added that the companies which use the new package program will also have at their disposal a remote personal banker in each country in which they develop an activity.

The product for export-oriented companies includes basically a current account in local or foreign currency, preferential fees and commissions for international payments, an international debit card, a credit limit in the form of overdraft or a business credit card, possibility for provision of a credit line as well as an individual package of services for the company managers.

Regarding the additional services, the companies will receive even information about the financial health of their potential partners and specialized advisory services for penetration on the market, as well as about the forthcoming investments abroad. The monthly service fee for Import/Export Business leader is up to BGN 50. The companies will get an answer to their inquiries within 24 - 48 hrs, both from UniCredit Bulbank in Bulgaria and from the bank in the respective country.
