Three youths will take up the role of managers at UniCredit Bulbank within the initiative Manager for a Day, which is organized annually by Junior Achievement Bulgaria. Two students from the University of National and World Economy and one from the National Trade and Banking High School in Sofia were met at the bank personally by its Chief Operating Officer Andrea Casini.

Viktoriya Antalavicheva studies Economy in English at UNWE, second year. Tsvetomil Semkov is in his fourth year in Economy and Management in English at the same university, and Georgi Georgiev studies Banking at the National Trade and Banking High School.

"In every business, in every company, the most important resource are the people. The investment in education is of high priority for UniCredit Bulbank. The initiative Manager for a Day enables us to work actively in support of the young people and to show them the business from the inside, how the innovations in the banking sector are created and how the new technologies help us get closer to our customers", Andrea Casini told the future managers.

After the guidance received from Andrea Casini, the young managers set off for a visit of the International Centre of UniCredit Bulbank. By the end of their working day at the bank, the young managers will get an insight into the work of Alternative Channels Department, Markets and Brokerage Department, Human Resources Department and Identity and Communications Department.

The initiative Manager for a Day gives an opportunity to high school and university students to experience a real working day of representatives of the business, the state institutions and the non-governmental organizations. Over 300 leading companies, organizations and state institutions took part in the 14th edition of Manager for a Day and over 2000 students applied for the initiative.
