Given the state of emergency and the upcoming pensions payment, UniCredit Bulbank informs that in the bank branches is created a special organization for 07.04.2020 and 08.04.2020:

• On 07.04.2020, the pensions payment at a cash desk will begin after 13:30
• On 08.04.2020, the pensions payment at a cash will be made until 13:00

The organization for these dates does NOT apply to bank customers receiving a debit card pension.

Within these time ranges, the Bank's branches will prioritize clients receiving a pension at a cash desk.

In order to avoid clustering, the bank kindly asks all other clients to be understanding and, if possible, to visit the bank’s branches outside this time range. The bank puts the health of its employees and customers first and therefore the aim is  the flow of the different generation of customers to be separated.  

UniCredit Bulbank recommends to all of its clients to use ATMs in the self-service areas and reminds that withdrawals from ATMs by UniCredit Bulbank are free of charge for all our cardholders. The bank strongly recommends also to pensioners to receive the pension on a debit card, avoiding to dealing with cash banknotes that change from hand to hand continuously.

With Bulbank Mobile and Bulbank Online the following remote operations could be performed from home:

• Payment of utility bills - for electricity, telephone, water, internet, etc.;
• Complete information about the banking products you use - accounts, cards, loans, deposits and savings;
• All kinds of transfers, performed easily and safely - BGN, currency transaction, / from the budget;
• Request of bank products - cards, bills, etc., exchange documents with the bank electronically, etc.
