The Bank offers various options to its customers who have temporary difficulties in paying their loan installments:

• Individuals are offered the possibility to reschedule installments for a period of 6 months. The relief applies to consumer and mortgage loans to individuals;
• To legal entities, the Bank offers the possibility to reschedule installments for a period of 6 months, as well as various mechanisms and an individual approach to overcome the effects of the crisis situation.

The application deadline is by the end of 2023.
