For a second year UniCredit Consumer Financing organizes a donation campaign in favor of Eyes on Four Paws Foundation.

Throughout November, for each newly granted loan, the company will donate BGN 1 for the raising and training of guide dogs.

The campaign „I see the world through the dog's eyes“ organized by UniCredit Consumer Financing will be supported by some of the trading partners of the company –Technopolis Hypermarkets, Praktiker Hypermarkets, Zora Stores, PCStore, Laptop.bg, Studio Moderna, Rainbow Bulgaria. They will double the amount of the donations from their stores by donating BGN 1 for each POS loan granted by UniCredit Consumer Financing.

„We chose to help Eyes on Four Paws Foundation because this is the only organization in Bulgaria which provides such a social service - the training of guide dogs for blind people. We believe in the good results from our cooperation“, said Giacomo Volpi, Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Consumer Financing Bulgaria.

Last year UniCredit Consumer Financing managed to collect BGN 20,000 for the noble cause. It is expected for the sum of money donated this year to be even larger because the trading partners of the company will also take part in the campaign.

Eyes on Four Paws Foundation is a non-governmental organization that trains guide dogs for blind people and assistant dogs for disabled people and trains the disabled people to work and live with service dogs. Eyes on Four Paws is a member of the European Guide Dog Federation / EGDF / and the International Guide Dog Federation / IGDF /.

Up until now Eyes on Four Paws has trained and provided 56 guide and assistant dogs of the Golden Retriever, Labrador and German Shepherd breeds. The mission of the foundation is the establishing of a Balkan center for training service dogs for disabled people. There are 16,000 blind people in Bulgaria and over 200,000 on the Balkans.
