Belgrade welcomes the third UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour presented by UniCredit.
For three days the legendary trophy will be presented within a memorable exhibition at Donji Kalemegdan, inviting everyone to experience the unique atmosphere of the UEFA Champions League.
This year’s final stop of the UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour presented by UniCredit, hosting the legendary trophy of this prestigious European football club competition, is Belgrade.
Today the third UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour presented by UniCredit arrived to its fourth and final stop this year, Belgrade. The Tour will take place in one of the most famous locations of the Serbian capital - Donji Kalemegdan from 14th until 16th October. The event will be inaugurated with the Press Conference, where the trophy will be presented, after which the ceremonial opening of the event will follow. Representatives of UniCredit Bank and UEFA, as well as Luís Figo, the Official UniCredit Ambassador for the UEFA Champions League, Ruud Gullit the UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour Ambassador and Stevan Stojanovic, former winner of the UEFA Champions League trophy and UniCredit Bank Ambassador for the Trophy Tour in Serbia will give the starting signal for the three-day event.

Until the 16th of October football fans will have the unique opportunity to be close to the UEFA Champions League trophy. An exciting exhibition at Donji Kalemegdan will open its doors free of charge and present the most sought-after trophy, embedded in the fascinating world of Europe’s most prestigious club football competition. Passing through a simulated “Players’ Tunnel”, accompanied by rapturous applause, visitors will enter an exhibition space comprised of photos, videos and multi-media effects, bringing to life the most celebrated contests with all the goals and remarkable moments of the tournament. Historic memorabilia recalls the greatest ever champions of the European Champion Clubs’ Cup and its successor, the UEFA Champions League, while big screens let the visitor relive magic moments of the prestigious tournament. A touch screen invites to dive into the last UEFA Champions League season and to navigate through the highlights of previous Trophy Tours. A special highlight of the exhibition is the opportunity to take a personal picture with the UEFA Champions League trophy which after registration will be available online.
The Trophy Tour is embedded into an attractive local event program celebrating the UEFA Champions League trophy, the emotions and values connected to it. Selected football celebrities will attend the exhibition and will be available for an autograph session.
The UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour presented by UniCredit visited St. Petersburg and Moscow in Russia, Kiev and Donetsk in the Ukraine, before coming to an end for its finale in Belgrade (Serbia) from 14th to 16th of October.
