Every year UniCredit Bulbank gives a chance to over 400 talented students and young professionals to start their career at the Bank through its Internship Programme.
UniCredit Bulbank attracts Bulgarian students from London universities to come back and work in Bulgaria. This is possible thanks to the participation of the largest Bulgarian bank in the career forum for Bulgarian students and young professionals abroad – BG Careers Fair. The initiative is realized with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in London and will be held in Britain's capital on March 7. A representative of Human Resources Department of UniCredit Bulbank will present to the students there the career prospects in Bulgaria and will tell them more about the working environment here. The youths will have the chance to take part in short seminars dedicated to CV and cover letter writing.
"We are always trying to attract, develop and keep the best talents. UniCredit Bulbank’s participation in BG Careers Fair is going to attract young and talented kids with a lot of development potential and will provide the opportunity for them to come and work in their homeland", Hana Citbajova, Head of Human Resources Department of UniCredit Bulbank said.
Tanya Karageorgieva, Senior Manager of Corporate Finance Advisory Unit at UniCredit Bulbank, will present to the Bulgarian students in London the consistent policy followed by the largest Bulgarian bank with regard to development and implementation of innovations. The purpose of the presentation is to make the Bulgarian students abroad recognize Bulgaria as a country where they can apply in practice the knowledge they have gained abroad, as well as see that there are companies that in some aspects are even ahead of the world trends and serve as an example of good practices all over Europe. An example of a successful project is the opening at the end of 2014 of the first International Center in Bulgaria. It combines an innovative approach, a digital environment and a large scope of services with high added value for existing and future international clients of UniCredit Bulbank. Another significant internationally recognized project of the Bank in the field of new technologies is the opening of the first Branch of the Future in Central and Eastern Europe.
Every year over 400 talented students and young professionals have the chance to become part of UniCredit Bulbank through the Internship Programme of the Bank. Last year 22% of the interns were hired as employees in the Bank. As a participant in BG Careers Fair in London, UniCredit Bulbank offers the students an opportunity for career development in Bulgaria in a socially responsible organization, which is a preferred employer. Besides, the young people could get a chance for international career at UniCredit.
