UniCredit Bulbank branch offices will have extended working hours in order to serve customers throughout the summer

The branch offices of the bank at the Black Sea coast will be open on weekends

UniCredit Bulbank will serve customers in popular tourist destinations with extended working hours throughout the summer. For the Black Sea coast, those are the offices of the bank in Nesebar, Primorsko, Sunny Beach, Sozopol and Tsarevo. The Nesebar branch office will be open for customers also on weekends.

The branch offices in Sozopol and Primorsko will be at the disposal of customers for currency exchange on weekends, while the one in Tsarevo – on Saturdays. Those who are having their vacation at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast may also avail themselves of the branch offices in Balchik, Kavarna and Shabla. In the two biggest seaport cities, Varna and Burgas, the bank has 21 branch offices in total.

The UniCredit Bulbank branch office in Sandanski will also have extended working hours; the branch office on Vitosha blvd. in Sofia will serve customers on Saturdays as well.

35 ATMs with deposit functionality, as well as 12 self-service zones, will also be at the disposal of customers and will be accessible 24/24. With them, customers will be able to perform their ordinary banking operations – withdrawal and deposit of funds, ordering transfers, payment of bills, obtaining information and support for the banking products and services in use, etc.

The Cash M service will also be available at UniCredit Bulbank ATMs. It enables the holders of bank cards to send money to loved ones, relatives or friends with their bank card at an ATM. For this service, the bank received the 2013 award for the best innovative banking product.

UniCredit Bulbank would like to remind all of its cardholders that debit card withdrawals from ATMs of UniCredit are free of charge, both in Bulgaria and abroad. In addition, please take notice of the below listed good practices for protection of your card data when using your bank card:

  • Keep your card with the appropriate care and attention;
  • The card and the card details should always be used personally by the cardholder;
  • Change the PIN at an ATM immediately after receiving the card and memorize the PIN;
  • Upon cash withdrawals from ATMs always cover the keypad with your hand when you enter the PIN;
  • Subscribe the card for the SMS notification service;
  • Subscribe the card for the Secure Online Payments Service.

If a bank card is blocked or there are any other problems when performing operations at an ATM of the bank, customers can contact the call center operators on duty at: 02/933 72 12, as well as the short number for calling from mobile phones 15 21.
