Young people will have the opportunity to work on real business projects with the support of mentors from the bank.

For a third consecutive year UniCredit Bulbank is initiating its "My Bank of the Future" Program. It is implemented in cooperation with the online platform www.kosher.bg and is intended for students from various universities and profiles related to the banking business - finance, economy, business administration, marketing, information technologies, accounting, etc. The participants in "My Bank of the Future 3.0" will have the opportunity to work on real business projects with the support of Managers from the Bank who will be their mentors. In addition, the participants will be able to attend trainings and apply for Trainee positions with the Bank, following the completion of the program.

"My Bank of the Future" is a program which offers a great opportunity to young people to get some real experience with business. We encourage them to think beyond the box and be creative and proactive. At the same time this is an ideal opportunity for us to implement in practice the best working ideas, and possibly to employ in our teams some active, young and innovative people", said Tsvetanka Mincheva, Director of Retail Banking at UniCredit Bulbank. She explained that thanks to the initiative the students would achieve personal growth and would gain knowledge and skills which they would use in their future career, even if it weren't in the bank sector.

In order to participate in the program, students must register a banking club at the online platform www.kosher.bg and apply for "My Bank of the Future 3.0" by 7 September 2014. UniCredit Bulbank will then contact the clubs to inform them of the next steps. The program will end in the beginning of December this year. Students will be able to choose among five projects in the following areas: Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Clients, Banking in Social Networks, Technological and Business Innovations, Retail Banking and Information Technologies.

"Our participation in the "My Bank of the Future" project made us confident enough to call ourselves creative people and to believe in our dreams and skills", said Velizar Gutov, founder and manager of "Bankers of the Future" club which won the first place in the first edition of the program. "This is an opportunity and a challenge for all students who wish to become part of the big family of UniCredit", added Velizar, whose current position is Expert - Development of Internet Services and Banking at UniCredit Bulbank.
